Go for Morning Walk: It is said that early to bed and early to rise. So, get up early from your bed and go for a jogging or walk. Take your water bottle with you. It will also make your digestive system good.
Do Some Cardio: Only morning walk is not enough but you have to do some more hard work. At home or in gym you have to do some cardio i.e. some exercise relating to your stomach. Do proper repetitions and also take 1 min rest between each repetition.

Breakfast and lunch: Just have simple food in your breakfast and lunch. Try not to eat anything fried from outside. Try to take your breakfast and lunch with peaceful mind and chew it properly. Do not overeat.
Green Tea: Green Tea is really good for health. It helps in reducing weight. It is also good for skin and hairs. After your lunch, in the evening have a cup of green tea. It will not taste good but for good health, it has to be done.
Suggestible Diets: In breakfast; sprouts, oats or brown bread have to taken. In lunch; two or three chapattis or a small bowl rice and vegetable. In the evening, have some boiled eggs but only the white part of it means without yolk. You have to keep eating in every 2-3 hours so that you will not be losing energy. And at dinner, salads, boiled vegetables, one or two chapattis. Mind one thing, after having your lunch and dinner; you have to walk for some time. Sitting after just eating increase fat in body. Try to eat protein rich diet and sleep early at night.
At evening: If you are free in evening than repeat the cardio exercise again. With cardio exercise, you have to control on your diet as per instructed.
What not to eat: What you have to control that it would not lead to your weight increase. Chicken, mutton, burgers, pizzas, french fries, fried foods, oily foods. It’s all you have to avoid. It is not that you have to totally stop eating that, if you are willing so much that you can have that but in limit.
Water: Water is a universal medicine. You have to drink eight to nine glass of water glass in a day.
